Excitement Technologies Group Acquires Entertainment Company
DALLAS, TEXAS (April 12, 2001) - Magic Fire LaserShows!, one of the world's fastest growing laser companies, has agreed to be acquired by Excitement Technologies Group, Inc. Magic Fire rapidly gained recognition in the entertainment industry by producing high quality custom laser shows that incorporated additional cutting edge elements. The company's momentum translated into revenues that exceeded industry norms, thus attracting the investment community. The acquisition will be completed in two weeks with Magic Fire retaining its name and operating as the laser division of Excitement Technologies.
